He holds a B.S. in Managerial Science and an M.S. in Internet Marketing, and previously led ZipRecruiter's "ZipCares" Veteran Hiring Program, using AI-driven Smart Matching technology to connect millions of employers with top candidates. With over two years developing AI-assisted SaaS for blue-collar industries, Tony's expertise positions HomeHero Alliance to disrupt the $1T+ renovation market.

Rooted in compassion and community impact, Tarina brings expertise in communications, partnerships, and public service. With a background spanning healthcare, media, and economic development, she has led outreach initiatives, built strong relationships with civic and business leaders, and advanced access, equity, and shared impact. She holds a B.S. in Marketing and has supported behavioral health providers at Magellan Health and driven business growth initiatives with the Maricopa Economic Development Alliance.

Shareholder at Buchalter's Scottsdale office and member of the Intellectual Property practice group. An experienced IP counselor, litigator, and trial attorney, he handles high-stakes disputes involving patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, and technology-related matters. With a background in physics and electrical engineering, he brings deep technical insight across software, consumer electronics, finance, and generative AI.
